Form 4 transaction codes explained (P, S, A, M, F, G)
SEC Form 4 uses a single letter to mark what kind of transaction happened: P is a purchase, S a sale, A an award or grant, M an exercise, F tax withholding, and G a gift. Only P marks an open-market insider purchase.
